Welco Inspection Services Pte Ltd incorporated in Singapore in April 2002.

In 1996 to 2001, We started small scale project works, on call basis, adhoc, sub-contacted worked carried out inspection and testing, load testing including steel structural inspection working hand in hand with Mechanical Professional Engineers registered under Professional Engineer Board in Singapore. We establish Welco Inspection, incorporated on March 2013 in Batam, Riau Island, Republic of Indonesia. Personnel working experience as trainee on-the-job training in 1990 to 1995 with prestigious international UK based company specialising in NDT inspection and testing services specialising underwater pipeline inspection and testing using internal x-ray pipeline crawler machine and using gamma ray for external. Worked scope including inspection and testing of offshore jacket, pipe laying, offshore and onshore fabrication/ installation, SBM, yard fabrication contracted to international name and others big player in oil/ gas- on/offshore heavy construction industries. We always try our very best to practice consistent performance through reliable connection and adopting a policy of excellence at all time. Our strength is “TEAM WORK” and this make our technical know-how and experience are more value added. We pledge that we shall strive to achieve total customer satisfaction by providing quality inspection services performed by trained inspection personnel at realistic cost. We shall provide update, calibrated equipments and regularly upgrade the skills of our staff through in-house and specialised courses. The management shall ensure that all our staff are familiar with quality documentation and shall implement the policy and procedure in their work.
